Gymnast privacy policy

Last updated: 18 October 2026

This policy explains what data the game Gymnast collects, why, and what choices you have. If you have questions, contact ninjanoel@proton.me.

Who we are

Gymnast is made and published by Noel, an independent developer trading as ninjanoel. You can reach us at ninjanoel@proton.me.

What the game collects

The game does not require an account or sign-in.

  • Saved progress. Coins, unlocked gymnasts, upgrades, achievements and settings are saved as a file on your device. This data stays on your device. We cannot see it.
  • Advertising. The game shows ads through Unity LevelPlay, Unity's ad mediation service, which picks each ad from a number of ad networks [TODO: list the networks enabled in the LevelPlay dashboard, e.g. Unity Ads, Google AdMob]. These ad partners may collect information from your device, such as your advertising ID, IP address, approximate location, device model and how you interact with ads. They use it to show ads, which may be personalised to your interests, to measure how ads perform and to prevent fraud. Their own privacy policies apply, including Unity's [TODO: add a link for each other network]. [TODO: describe how players give or refuse consent to personalised ads, for example a consent prompt on first launch in the UK and EU, and how to change that choice later.]
  • Purchases. In-app purchases are processed by Google Play (and later the App Store) through Unity IAP. We receive confirmation that a purchase was made, not your payment details.
  • Analytics and crash reports. [TODO: confirm whether Unity Analytics, crash reporting or any other SDK is enabled in the release build, and list it here.]

Children

Gymnast is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the game, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices

  • Delete the game to remove all locally saved progress. Reset progress is also available in Options.
  • Reset your advertising ID or limit ad personalisation in your Android or iOS settings.
  • Restore purchases on a new device through Restore Purchases in the shop, using the same store account.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example the UK or EU), you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data, and to object to some processing. Contact us to use them.

Changes

We will update this page when the game or the data it handles changes, and update the date at the top.
